For processing, we have various punching machines and laser systems at our disposal. This allows us to use the appropriate machine for the production of individual pieces or the mass production of large quantities.
Complex and intricate shapes are typically produced using a laser system, eliminating the need for punching dies or tools.
Less complex shapes can often be punched. Although a punching die is required for this process, it is generally more cost-effective, especially for larger quantities.

Important: The optimal processing method for your material will be discussed on a project-by-project basis. Various factors, such as material type, thickness, and desired form, determine the implementation. For example, PVC-containing materials cannot be laser-cut, but depending on the thickness, they may be die-cut.

Using our laser systems, punching machines, and flatbed cutters, we can achieve accuracies within a range of less than one millimeter.
We are happy to produce samples for you before the main production run. As precise cuts require high precision, we typically create samples in slightly different sizes. This ensures that you receive the optimal product.
Usually, customers provide the material, especially when dealing with specialized materials. Ideally, please send us the technical data sheet in advance. However, we can also procure the material for you in consultation with you.
